Mediation & Arbitration Coalition
Offering Mediation and Arbitration services to communities, businesses, organizations, and families.

Originally established as a mediation service resource for communities in North Texas and the DFW area, we quickly realized how many areas need and deserve dispute resolution services outside of a courtroom. As our own cases indicated, having access to mediation allows families, small and medium businesses, neighbors, and non-profit organizations to reach agreements or settlements without the added costs of court proceedings.
Along with the need for mediation services and mediators, there is a great need for access in smaller communities, rural areas, and for those with disabilities that make it difficult to get to a regional court.
Our mediators are all credentialed in Texas, which has one of the highest training and credentialing requirements in the country. This also means that our mediators can offer dispute resolution services to people in most states across the US and in several international situations. Online video conferencing, in-person, or hybrid (where one party is online and another is in-person) options are all available.
Arbitration can provide a slightly different pathway for dispute resolution, and it’s also at a more accessible price level and time table than most court options.
While mediation allows the parties involved to reach an agreement with the mediator facilitating the proceedings, in arbitration, the parties present their information and the arbitrator decides the final outcome.
Arbitration clauses can be found in many Terms & Conditions and employment contracts. Arbitration may be a better fit for businesses working to protect intellectual property or for settling large monetary claims.
We welcome you to choose a mediation or arbitration associate to help with any dispute resolution situation you may have.
